T.O.S

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. My T.O.S are subject to change at any time.

General Terms:

- You can contact me through DMs on my social medias as well on discord. I will respond as soon as I possibly can.
-If your DM me wanting a commission, please state that you’re messaging me for that first.
- I have the right to accept or decline a commission.
- My completion speed is about 2 weeks or less. (This is due to client communication, complexity of each commission, and other factors that may lengthen this). I will communicate with each client if I am unable to reach the max time restraint if something is preventing me on finishing the commission.
- I will only accept payments via CashApp & PayPal in USD!
- Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk.
- Do not haggle.
- I am open to questions and negotiations.- Any ill behavior or actions that goes against my T.O.S will not be tolerated. I will be publicly post about it to warn others about your behavior and you will no longer be able to commission me.

What I will draw:

-I will ask for References & Descriptions. Please provide when requested.-

What I will NOT draw:

Payment / Refunds:

- I will begin drawing after payment is received.
- Things regarding design, detail, pose, and expression must established before I get paid and begin drawing.
-The client has 48 hours to pay in order for me to begin the commission.
-If money has not been sent yet, the client has the right to cancel the commission.- Any mistakes on my behalf regarding the design will be edited, free of charge.
- I only accept Refunds if I have not started to commission or that I cannot fully finish the art.
- DO NOT file for a dispute / refund without my acknowledgment.- If the price for the commission reaches or exceeds pass $200, you are allowed to ask to pay half. The other half is still your responsibility to pay before you receive the finished art work. I will message a reminder if payment have not been received.

Usage:

- I as the artist still holds the rights to the art I make.
- I will post each artwork on my social medias, my carrd, and wherever I want to show my art and to promote myself. (With credit if it’s your OC)
-Unless requested not to by the client (you), I am willing to keep the commission privet. Free of charge.- You can ONLY use the artwork for personal use.
- You can repost my artwork with proper credit.
- You cannot resell, trace, alter, or claim/ take credit the of the art. (You can claim credit if it’s your character / oc. NOT the art itself.)

Process:

- After discussing on what commission you want, I will send an Payment Request.
- For, CashApp, I will ask for your $cashtag so I can find your user, and send you a payment request of the specific money amount for the commission you chose for me to do.
-For PayPal, I will ask for your email so I can find your user, and send you a payment request of the specific money amount for the commission you chose for me to do.- After payment, I will begin the sketching phase. During this phase, I will show you the sketch of what I made just make sure that you, the client, can make sure the art is accurate to what you’ve requested. Asking for changes are allowed and free of charge.
- After the sketching phase, there will be no more requests for changes in the art. (Any further requests for changes will be charged depending on the severity.)-Once I am done with the Commission, you will receive the art in the same way you contact me. (Social Media DMs). I am willing to send the art through E-Mail if requested.
- The artwork will be sent at full-size 300dpi PNG file through a WeTransfer Link.Thank you or reading my T.O.S!
